VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
Is your football club league or football organisation in need of volunteers to support and develop the fantastic work that you do?
If so, please contact Paul for or download from our website www.herefordshirefa.com/development/volunteers Volunteering Opportunity Registration Form for each vacancy that you have available before returning the completed form to me.
Guidance on completing form
* What the volunteer will be doing and who they will be helping
* What the volunteer will get out of volunteering with you e.g. training, work experience, feel good factor etc
* What difference the volunteer will make to your organisation
What will we do with the completed form and information?
We will forward the completed forms to Herefordshire Voluntary Action who will upload the information onto the national volunteering database website www.do-it.org.uk <http://www.do-it.org.uk/> where the public can search for football volunteering opportunities to match their interests and location. Your contact details do not go on the website to ensure the privacy of home addresses etc. Your local Volunteer Centre will contact you to follow up interest from potential volunteers in any vacancy that you have advertised on the website.
You are not under any obligation to recruit anyone that may be referred to you. It is entirely up to your club, league or organisation to select whom you would like to volunteer with you and for them to go through your own recruitment, selection and vetting procedures in line with recommended FA guidelines.
Your volunteer vacancies will also be advertised on the HFA website and in weekly and monthly HFA bulletins as well as on TheFA.com and other websites and in other publications from time to time..
